Terms of Use

1. Trial Access

Your trial account grants access to GeoServer Data Portal services for a period of 10 calendar days from the date of registration. Access is limited to 1 user and 1 concurrent session. Trial access covers WMS data services only.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not share your credentials, resell access, or use the service to collect data for redistribution without prior written consent.

3. Data and Confidentiality

Data accessible through this portal is proprietary and confidential. You agree not to reproduce, redistribute, or publish any data accessed through the portal without explicit authorization.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your API key and portal password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your credentials.

5. Trial Expiry

At the end of the trial period, access will be automatically suspended. No data or session will be transferred or preserved after expiry unless a paid subscription is activated.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We shall not be liable for any damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service during the trial period.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia, Canada.
